Let me introduce myself

How I became one of the highest-earning tattoo artists on the planet.

Yo, my name’s Ben and I’m a tattoo artist based in the UK. Over the past 15 years I’ve created one of the most successful tattoo businesses in the world, and now I’m helping others to do the same.

I’ve been right at the bottom, struggling for each booking, with moths flying out of my empty wallet. 3 years in, with mounting debt and a family to feed, I decided to make a change.

Until then, I’d just been watching my competitors and doing the same marketing they were doing. But that wasn’t enough, so I began to look elsewhere. It became an obsession, and I worked through hundreds of business books, seminars, podcasts and online courses. 

I came to the conclusion that the vast majority of tattoo artists are doing things completely wrong when it comes to business.

Starting to apply this new-found knowledge, it felt like I’d found a secret key to success. In less than a year I’d gone from barely a booking a week to now booking out months in advance, from scraping by day to day to earning hundreds of thousands a year.

There’s a big problem in the tattoo industry: no one is teaching artists how to run their businesses properly. It’s all guesswork and snooping on competitors to see how they’re doing things, and artists with a bit of luck behind them are the ones who make it.

So let’s make our own luck.

You’ll hear me say this a lot, I am NOT the best tattoo artist in the world. Far from it. But I’m obsessive over how I run my business, and it’s that alone which has enabled me to create a seven-figure tattoo business.

I’m sick of artists being held back by the industry’s attitude towards change; I believe that everyone should have a shot at success and the lifestyle they want if they’re prepared to work for it.

So how does it all work?

Creating strong roots for your tattoo studio

Every 14 weeks I will take on a new group of 10 tattoo artists from around the world. Dialling in through Zoom, each lesson will start with a group discussion around the implementation and results from the week before. Then, a 30-45 minute presentation covering step-by-step the theory and practical application for the next stage of the programme. The session will finish with one-to-one discussions about applying the lesson to your business.

Do I need any experience?

Nope! I’ve created this 14-week programme specifically to cater for those with minimal experience in business / marketing.
