All students are tattooing on practice skin after learning the foundation theory, and you may feel confident enough to do your first real tattoo within a few months of consistent practice but we recommend that students do not rush the process!

The only thing which varies across the world is licensing and hygiene regulations, so we always recommend checking with your local council, or other local authority, what the requirements are for tattoo licencing in your area.
